Meet Morel Residential Solutions

Steve Morel is rooted in a venerable lineage of skilled craftsmen who cherish integrity in their work. Both his father and grandfather were general contractors who built homes in New England and in Tampa, FL. Since the mid-1980s, Steve has called Tampa his home, where he and his father were instrumental in constructing numerous homes in Pinellas and Hillsborough County during the construction boom of the '80s. Venturing on his own in the early '90s, Steve established his company, dedicating himself to turning his clients' visions into reality amidst the bustling construction boom in Tampa during the late '90s and early 2000s. His expertise also extends to remodeling and new construction, where he has played a pivotal role in realizing the dream homes of many, including his own parents. Alongside his wife Mary, Steve has raised four children and now enjoys the company of seven grandchildren, further cementing his deep ties to the Tampa Bay area.
